Invoice Studio Privacy Policy

Welcome to Invoice Studio, developed by Studio Phoenix. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Invoice Studio is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers. All information you enter into the App remains on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Invoice Studio does not collect any personal information. The App does not require an account, login, or registration to use. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information
• We do not collect usage data, analytics, or behavioural information
• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
• We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies
• We do not use analytics services, crash reporting tools, or advertising SDKs

The only data that exists within the App is the content you create (invoices, quotes, client details, company information, and images such as company logos), which is stored locally on your device.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All data you create within Invoice Studio is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This includes:

• Invoices and quotes you create
• Client information you enter
• Company details and settings
• Uploaded company logos
• App preferences (such as theme selection and default template settings)

Studio Phoenix does not have access to any of this data. Your data never leaves your device through the App.

3. Device Permissions

Invoice Studio may request the following device permissions:

• Photo library and camera access: Used solely to allow you to upload a company logo for display on your invoices and quotes. The App does not access or browse your photos for any other purpose.
• File storage access: Used to save and export PDF documents that you generate within the App.

These permissions are optional. You can use the App without granting them, though certain features (logo upload, PDF export) may be limited.

4. In-App Purchases

Invoice Studio offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Studio Phoenix does not collect, process, or store any payment information, billing details, or financial data. Please refer to the privacy policy of your app store for details on how they handle purchase data.

5. Third-Party Services

Invoice Studio does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external servers. The only third-party involvement is the app store through which you download the App and make purchases, which is governed by that app store's own privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share any of your data with anyone. Since the App does not collect or transmit data, there is no data to share. When you use the App's built-in sharing features (such as exporting a PDF invoice), you are choosing to share that document through your device's native sharing capabilities, which is entirely under your control.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete individual invoices, quotes, or client records within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all data associated with it. Studio Phoenix cannot recover any data after deletion or uninstallation, as we do not have copies of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Invoice Studio is a business tool intended for general audiences. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). Since the App collects no personal data, no special provisions for children's data are required.

9. Your Rights

Because Invoice Studio does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, traditional data rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are managed entirely by you on your device. You have full control to view, edit, and delete any data within the App at any time.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Invoice Studio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
